Here's a set of website before and afters ranging from complete overhauls to subtle optimizations. Enjoy!

Join It

Join It. We didn't rebrand this one. They leaned heavily on their peach color, and our job was to take the assets they already had and use them more effectively.

So we brought in a wider palette, set the call to action apart from everything else on the screen, leaned on strong social proof, and rebuilt the layouts. A classic case of optimizing a brand the client already owns and applying sharper design to the page.

Their result: a 43% increase in conversions and a 29% drop in cost per acquisition.

Lyon

A big jump, both in the brand and in how they talked about themselves. We handled the positioning and the branding.

The direction came from the founder, who had spent time at a cabin on a lake in Michigan and wanted that same sense of peace to come through. We took their earthy, natural starting point and refined it into something more upscale: a tighter grid, a woodcut motif, better typography, a more refined palette, and a shift toward light mode with dark elements placed across the page.

The new site and positioning carried into their sales, and they doubled their client count.

Reform

Reform's logo didn't change (because it didn't need to).

The old site ran on Space Grotesk and a relatively generic system around it. The refresh was about replacing every layer underneath:

  • type that felt personal to the brand
  • a palette expanded into a stronger dark-mode system
  • a new take on icons, layout, and graphic language. The mark on the door stayed exactly the same. Everything behind it got rebuilt.

With the new site, design, and positioning, Reform saw a 306% increase in signups
